📋 Return Eligibility

Items are eligible for return if: Item is unused and in original condition, Original packaging is intact, Return is initiated within 7 days of delivery, Item is not a perishable/digital product.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned: Perishable goods (food, flowers), Digital products and downloads, Intimate/hygiene products (once opened), Hazardous materials, Custom/personalized items.

Bank Transfer: 3–5 business days
COD Refund: Bank transfer within 5–7 business days
KOKO/MintPay: As per provider policy.
